Shorter Lead Times & No Minimum Order Quantities with PACE Stocking

PACE Stocking

PACE Networks stocks products as sub assembly based upon historical trends, with additional “hard to find” items being held to support late design changes. The sub assembly approach to stocking gives PACE flexibility in what can be built so that we can best fit our customers’ requirements.

Since the launch of our UK based stocking and delivery service for Omnia, PACE has consistently delivered urgent items to projects in less than two weeks; occasionally making overnight deliveries.

Stocking of components and sub-assemblies allows us to build up a wide range of cantilevers to suit project needs and we prioritise stocking the less common items to cover unusual layouts. Our stock, combined with our technical understanding of the product, allows us to support projects where last-minute design changes come to light and we’re now expanding this approach to include Morris Line switches and disconnectors.

We hold the following Rail Stock:

  • Cantilever assemblies – The complete Omnia range, including stock at sub-assembly level. This includes Omnia cantilevers and neutral sections, as well as underbridge arms.
  • Droppers (adjustable and flexible) – The new Bonomi dropper clamp and adjustable droppers.
  • Insulators – Including strut insulators, underbridge arms and ATF insulators.
  • 2 position, 3 position and alternative feed isolators from Morris Line.
  • Morris Line operating gear including motor mechanisms.
  • Clamps (PG and mast clamps) – Full range of PG clamps, mast clamps, earth clamps, contact wire clamps, catenary wire supports and contact wire clamps.
  • Components and fittings – A range of maintenance components, fittings, and consumables.
