Clean without the Climb – New High-Reach InfraCleaner

High-Reach Infracleaner

Dirt, debris, and other contaminants can collect on high voltage insulators and other electrical equipment on the line. As critical railway infrastructure, it is important that these components undergo regular cleaning and maintenance to remain effective and in good condition.  But, often hard to reach, they can be difficult to clean.

PACE’s new High-Reach InfraCleaner enables previously inaccessible components, such as cantilevers and insulators, to be cleaned safely and efficiently without the need to work from height.

The compact, portable, and mobile unit is quick and easy to set up. Designed with safety and efficiency in mind, its ergonomic and extendable telescopic wand minimizes working from height and its easy-to-use pump controller provides intelligent overpressure protection.

High-Reach InfraCleanerThe pump is also compatible with different cleaning fluids.  While cleaning can be performed with tap water, PACE Networks also offer a specific product that aids the cleaning of composite insulators and other surfaces.

Contact PACE for more information.

High-Reach InfraCleaner Kit includes:

  • x2 – 25L Jerry Can
  • Ergonomic and extendable telescopic wand
  • Mobile unit with battery box and pump controller

Cleaning fluid available separately.
