PACE’s height’s and staggers gauges are a new generation of high-reliability OLE measurement devices. Easy and rapid to use, these robust gauges are built for accurate assessment of the OLE’s position, with fewer gauge issues and a rapid calibration service. Developed in collaboration with Industry maintenance and construction teams, the gauges feature CNC machined components from aerospace grade engineering materials. This not only means longevity of accuracy between calibrations, but robustness that protects against potential accidental damage.

High Accuracy Technology
High accuracy CNC machined components using aerospace grade engineering materials is accurate to 1mm.
Bluetooth Enabled
Device is Bluetooth enabled to connect to the tablet device which is pre-loaded with Network Rail’s standard height and stagger survey sheet.
Reduced Costs
Digital data collection and auto population features allow operator to complete surveys on the tablet, saving time and money from translating hand-written surveys.
Ergonomic
Vertical mast, ergonomically placed roller handles, and eye-level digital display allows operator to remain in standing position.
