PACE Networks Achieves Good Business Charter Accreditation

Good Business Charter Accreditation

PACE Networks is pleased to announce that we have achieved Good Business Charter accreditation, recognising our commitment to responsible business practice across the way we work, operate and support our stakeholders.

The Good Business Charter is a UK accreditation that provides a clear benchmark for responsible business behaviour. It recognises organisations that are committed to doing business in a fair, transparent and accountable way, with consideration for employees, customers, suppliers, the environment and the wider community.

For PACE, the accreditation reflects the standards we aim to uphold as a specialist distributor and supply partner for the UK and Ireland’s rail, transmission and distribution sectors.

Why This Matters to PACE

PACE Networks works closely with infrastructure owners, contractors, design engineers and global manufacturing partners to help deliver safer, more reliable and more efficient electrification networks.

In sectors where trust, technical understanding, and long-term performance matter, responsible business practice is a precursor to good service. It supports how decisions are made, how relationships are managed, and how value is delivered over time.

Good Business Charter accreditation provides an external validation to that approach. It reinforces our commitment to operating with care, fairness, and accountability across the business; from how we support our team to how we work with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Supporting Responsible Growth

PACE has grown by building strong relationships across the rail and power grid industries. As the business continues to develop, it is important that our internal standards keep pace with the expectations of the sectors we serve.

The accreditation supports this by recognising a commitment to responsible practices across key areas of business operation. This includes the way organisations look after their people, engage with customers, work with suppliers and consider their wider on society.

For PACE, this is not about changing direction. It is about strengthening the principles already behind our business: trusted relationships, technical credibility, reliable delivery and long-term value.

A Visible Commitment to Doing Business Properly

Achieving Good Business Charter accreditation gives customers, partners, suppliers and current or future team members a clear signal of the standards PACE is committed to maintaining.

It also closely aligns with our wider role in the industry. We are here to connect proven technologies with the organisations building and maintaining critical infrastructure. That requires more than product knowledge – it requires confidence, consistency and a responsible approach to the way we do business.

This accreditation is a positive step for PACE Networks, and one we are proud to share as part of our continued commitment to supporting the rail and power grid sectors responsibly.

“The Good Business Charter mirrors the principles that we have always followed and adopted at PACE Networks. Achieving accreditation provides us with external validation of our core beliefs and standards, and offers a platform to share them internally, and externally with our industry partners and society at large.” – Gavin Smith, Managing Director
